Seb was born 14 weeks too soon, as a consequence of this was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, seb is now 3 and can't sit, stand or walk unaided, SDR is a procedure that will allow Seb to lead as 'normal' life as possible and maybe help him walk, everyone who meets seb would have to agree that he's an absolute pleasure to be around and brightens up the day with his gorgeous eyes and incessant chit chat, but then I would say that, I'm his mum!
